Get ready to boost your confidence and learn some knockout moves with free boxing and self-defence sessions!

Find your strong. Rising Ohana’s is bringing free, friendly fitness sessions to Sutton. Using boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA-inspired techniques, these sessions are a great way to get fit, build confidence, learn practical self-defence skills and connect with others.

No experience is needed. Sessions are taught by a trained professional, so just come as you are.

Who is this for?

• First-time mums

• Young people aged 16 and over

• Anyone who would benefit from a supportive and inclusive space

• Cost: Free

• Dates: 21st & 28th November 2026 and 5th and 12th of December 2026

• Time: 3:20 PM to 3:30 PM on all days

• Where: On the 21st and 28th of November: The Phoenix Centre, Mollison Drive, Wallington. On the 5th and 12th of December: Wallington Baptist Church, Parkgate, Wallington.

• Age: 16 and over. Young people aged 16 and 17 need parent or carer consent

• Places: 15 only, first come, first served
