What is the Sutton Information Hub?

The Sutton Information Hub is a new website that provides residents with a single place to find information about local services and support relevant to them.

For the purposes of collection, processing and storing data and information, Sutton council is responsible for the overall management of the Sutton Information Hub and is the Data Controller.

How do you store my information?

The Sutton Information Hub does not store any personal information submitted by residents accessing the suttoninformationhub.org.uk website.

How do you store my information?

We host the web service and your data on Gov PaaS at their data centre in the United Kingdom.

Who will see the information I submit?

  • Other members of your organisation who have registered a log in, and been approved access to, the Sutton Information Hub Member's Area.

  • Residents accessing the Sutton Information Hub website.

  • The system administrators at Sutton Council.

What will my information be used for?

  • For audit purposes

  • We may also anonymise your data and use it to create reports about usage

How long will you keep my information for?

The information placed on the Sutton Information Hub will be kept for as long as services require it to be made available to residents.

What if I don't want you to store my information anymore?

You have the right to take information relating to your service off the Sutton Information Hub at any time.
