Event description

Independent Travel Training Workshop

Who is it for?

Young people aged 11-19 (or up to 25 for young adults with an EHC plan) who are interested in travelling more independently.

Why attend?

Independent travel training (ITT) supports young people in developing an important skill for life. ITT has a positive effect on the lives of young people, as well as those around them. Successful travel training enables young people to open their lives to more opportunities for education, employment and social activities. At this workshop there will be a route planning session, a chance to meet the instructors, and find out more about the service.
