The course will support the learning of hand shape, orientation, movement and placement and involves learning signs specific to your child/setting. The aim of this workshop is to:

Understand some of the early development of speech language, social interaction and communication

Understand how Signalong supports children and adults with speech, language and communication needs

Teach a range of signs from Phase 1 vocabulary

Use signing skills and signs to interact and communicate with others
