Our aim is the pursuit of excellence for all. We strive for the development of individual potential in a stimulating and inspiring school that is at the heart of the local community. We are very proud of our school and the children and young adults that study here. Our students are excellent ambassadors for the school. They develop into confident and articulate young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices. Examination results show their excellent progress. We have a high number of students who choose to stay on in the sixth form whilst others secure appropriate courses or apprenticeships with a vocational focus. At Post 16, approximately 200 students progress to university each year.
