Sutton Health and Care (SHC) is an innovative provider alliance, formed of partnerships between London Borough of Sutton, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Sutton Primary Care Networks and South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust.
Working together, we provide community services in Sutton, caring for adults in their own homes across the borough, providing children’s community health services, and sexual health services.

The Children’s Continence Service is available for children and young people aged 4 to 18 years old, registered with a Sutton GP, who experience bladder and/or bowel difficulties including daytime wetting / soiling.
