What is this service?
At OPL, we ensure that our care and support is relevant to each person and enhancing their lives. Our focus is on developing the young person's engagement through stimulating and specialist approaches. This will then support the young person's communication, life skills and independence. As we are an adult service we aim to make our young people thrive, develop their interests, regulation and skills to live a happy and full life. All activities are personalised to each person and planned arefully by an experienced and qualified teacher.
Criteria:
**Diagnosis/need: **Young people must have a diagnosis or autism and/or a learning disability and communication and sensory needs.
Age: 16-45
Where and when: we accept people across South West London. This is a permenant placement and will be 5 days a week 10 AM - 3 PM.
Funding: If you are interested in your young person having a place at our provision please contact us for an application form and contact your local adult social care team. Self-funding and direct payments are available and if you would like to consider this please email us.
