These focused, one-to-one sessions empower young people to reflect on their choices, understand their impact and develop strategies to stay on track. These sessions provide: **✔**Clarity and self-reflection – Challenging, thought-provoking conversations that encourage your child to think about their actions, choices and their impact on the future. **✔**Practical strategies – Tailored tools and solutions to manage challenges and overcome obstacles at school and in peer relationships. **✔**A clear action plan – Together, we will create a personalised roadmap to help them make better choices and move forward positively. **✔**A growth mindset – They’ll explore the value of education, understand the importance of persistence and learn how to approach challenges with a solutions-focused attitude. This intervention is for children and young people who:

➤ Are regularly being suspended or at risk of permanent exclusion from school.

➤ Struggle to see the point or value of school and education.

➤ Feel unheard, unsupported or unable to change their situation.

➤ Need help recognising their strengths and making better choices. Additional information:
