What is this group?
Baby & Me is a supportive 5-week course for new Mums, offering a calm and friendly space to connect with others, share experiences and build confidence during those early months of motherhood.
Each week focuses on understanding your baby’s cues, bonding and attachment, baby health and safety, and supporting your own wellbeing. Including managing sleep, emotions and stress. You’ll also learn about your baby’s development and simple ways to encourage learning through everyday play and interaction.
This course aims to help Mums feel less isolated, more confident in caring for their baby, and better connected to local support and services.
