What is this group?
The Gentlemen of Value Club provides a safe, supportive space for adult men who may feel their lives are becoming difficult to manage due to challenges such as:
• Debt or gambling
• Relationship breakdown
• Burnout or work stress
• Substance or alcohol misuse
• Isolation or declining mental wellbeing
Many men struggle to talk about these issues, and our aim is to help them break the silence and build strength through early support and positive activities.
