Sociability is a free app that helps Disabled people find accessible places.
Page last updated

Sociability is a Disabled-led company that helps Disabled people find accessible places.
Our free mobile app makes it easy to find reliable and detailed accessibility information for places like cafés, restaurants, and bars. Whether you're checking for step-free access, accessible toilets, or quiet spaces, Sociability puts the power of planning in the hands of Disabled people, their friends, families, and carers.
The app launched in 2019 and now features detailed accessibility information for over 20,000 places across the UK. Our community can contribute venue information, which is checked by Sociability to keep it accurate and consistent.
We understand that people have different access needs even if they have the same impairment or health condition. Our app focuses on objective information so that you can decide whether a place is accessible to you before you visit.
Key features of the app:
Detailed, verified accessibility information and photos
Search by the accessibility features you need
Contribute information to help others
Live accessibility alerts, such as broken lifts
Save and share venue information
Available on iOS, Android and web
