What is this service?
We aim to be an impactive solution for young people and vulnerable adults to find suitable housing that is appropriate and in a supportive environment. We are committed to provide excellence in everything we do whilst working with our service users from planning to implementation. We aspire to see each service user achieve their goals and lead independent, happy and fulfilling lives.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. We offer daytime and evening services, including waking nights. We provide support and tailored packages that meet each service user’s needs.
Our home is of a high standard and are examined on a quarterly basis. Every service user will have their own spacious room and access to communal areas such as, kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom and garden.
Providing a secure, private and safe environment that promotes equality. We will provide on-site activities and workshops to build life skills, such as:
