Our TechySTEAM Explorers Holiday Camp offers children an exciting opportunity to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths (STEAM) through a wide range of engaging, hands-on activities. Every day is carefully planned to inspire curiosity, encourage creativity and build confidence in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
Children will enjoy a varied programme of activities, make new friends, develop new skills and create lasting memories throughout the holidays.
Children will explore coding concepts through interactive challenges using our exciting robots. They will develop problem-solving skills while completing fun missions and games.
Using LEGO and other building resources, children will design, build, test and improve their own creations while learning about engineering and teamwork.
Children will become young scientists through exciting hands-on experiments and investigations designed to spark curiosity and discovery.
A variety of arts and crafts activities encourage children to explore their creativity and express themselves through different materials and techniques.
We balance our STEAM activities with active games, outdoor play (weather permitting), movement activities and team challenges to keep children engaged and active throughout the day.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where children feel welcome, supported and able to participate.
Many of our activities can be adapted to support a range of needs and abilities. If your child has SEND, please contact us before booking so we can discuss their individual needs and ensure we can provide appropriate support safely.
All staff hold Enhanced DBS checks and receive safeguarding training.
Our sessions are fully planned in advance and delivered by experienced staff who are passionate about working with children. We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and work hard to create a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment where every child can thrive.
The HAF Programme is free for children receiving benefits-related Free School Meals.
A limited number of paid places may also be available for children who are not eligible for HAF funding.

The camp takes place at:
St Alban's Hall, 273 Gander Green Lane, Sutton SM1 2HD
Please note that there are two halls on Gander Green Lane. If using Google Maps, searching for "St Alban's Pre-School" will help direct you to the correct location.
There is a small car park available on site. If the car park is full, free parking is usually available on nearby residential roads.
The venue is also easily accessible by public transport:
West Sutton Railway Station is just a short walk away.
The 413 bus stops on Gander Green Lane close to the venue.
The S3 and 80 bus routes also stop nearby.
To help your child have the best possible experience at camp, please ensure they:
Bring a named water bottle each day.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play and STEAM activities.
Wear old clothes that you don't mind getting messy, as some activities may involve arts, crafts and science experiments. Wear suitable footwear for both indoor and outdoor activities.
Arrive with sunscreen already applied on sunny days. Please also provide a named bottle of sunscreen if your child can reapply it independently.
Bring any essential medication clearly labelled and ensure relevant medical information has been provided at the time of booking.
Dietary Requirements
Please ensure all dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances are included on your booking form. If your child's dietary needs change after booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
