Meet Jamie Knight - The Tik Tok famous professional freestyle footballer, Jamie Knight, will be showcasing his incredible skills and even hosting free ‘football freestyle’ sessions for children. Don’t miss your chance to learn some tricks from the best!

Try out a variety of free sessions, including trampolining sessions,wrestling taster sessions,Active Antz for children aged five and under and group exercise classes like Bollywood and Zumba – get ready to dance!

Inclusive Sports - We’re proud to offer Sportsability, providing inclusive multi-sports for individuals aged 16+ with physical or learning difficulties. Everyone is welcome to join the fun!
