Join us at the David Weir Leisure Centre on Saturday 14th June from 10am to 3pm for a day jam-packed with fun for everyone.

From getting your groove on in energetic classes to bouncing high on the trampolines and letting the little ones explore the soft play, we’ve got something for every age and energy level.

• Group Exercise Classes: Get your groove on with Zumba, Pilates, and even a special Parkinson’s exercise class. Plenty of space for everyone to join in the fun!

• Soft Play Fun: Little ones aged 5 and under can have a brilliant time in the Soft Play area. Several sessions throughout the day, so pick one that suits!

• Gymnastics Antics: Flip, tumble, and have a go! Sessions available for different age groups, so everyone can enjoy the fun.

• Trampoline Thrills: Bounce your way through the day! Different time slots and age groups catered for.

• Free Personal Training Sessions: Want to kickstart your fitness journey? Sign up for a FREE 30-minute taster session with one of our expert trainers! Limited spaces available, so be quick!

• Free Gym Sessions: Fancy a workout? Enjoy a FREE 30-minute session in our fully equipped gym. Various sessions focusing on different areas and fitness levels.

• Free Boxing Class: Learn the basics in our exciting boxing workshop! A great way to get active and have some fun.
