What is this service?

Our domiciliary and support accommodation services seek to provide on-going care for those needing a little help to live independently within the community.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

Ashington House is located in Worchester Park, Surrey and is situated on the main road that runs from Sutton to Kingston. This provides Ashington House with excellent transport links to both these neighbouring towns. The local mainline train station is a 10 minute walk from the home and there is a bus stop to Kingston opposite the home.

Ashington House offers a well-presented garden to the rear of the property and it has a dining room, lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities on the ground floor with a bathroom suitable for less mobile service users. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor. The first floor of the house has a main bathroom and sensory room along with the five bedrooms

Referrals are accepted from Social Services, private resources, NHS, service users’ families or a self-referral. On receiving referrals, the Home manager will request a care needs assessment and carry out a service assessment. All parties involved will be offered the opportunity to visit Ashington House at this stage.
