What is this service?

Our aim is to provide support for people within the London Borough of Sutton who suffer from mental distress. Connection is a key part in everything we do, it helps us to form relationships and bonds which means we can offer support to those who need it.

  • We offer free activites based around the 5 ways to wellbeing

  • We work together with our members to provide activities and support that meets people's needs.

  • We hold community meetings where we encourage everyone to be involved in the way the we run the service.

  • We facilitate informative monthly "Signpost Sutton" sessions on various topics of interest which are also open to the wider community.

The Belmont Connect "drop-in" is currently open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am to 2pm. For information on our current drop-in times and details of our activities, please see our timetable on our website.
