Benhill Recreation Ground is an open grassland to the west along Benhill Road. It provides a large play area for children to enjoy, and picnic tables for lunch. There are inclusive picnic tables available for people with limited mobility.
Belmont Park is a lovely local park near the Royal Marsden Hospital. It provides a place to relax on a summer's day, you can enjoy a game of table tennis or have a picnic on one of the picnic tables.

Belmont Park has semi-mature planting in an undulating grassland landscape. The site is bordered to the west by the railway line. On the west side of the railway is a dense belt of trees, many of which are fine and mature. This land is known locally as Old Belmont Hospital Meadow. The 1st edition OS 6inch map of 1866/7 shows the site as open land set between the railway and the Brighton Road.

Belmont Park has numerous play facilities on offer, including an inclusive basket swing that can be used by children with limited mobility.
By bus: Buses 80, 280, S1, & S4 stop outside of the park.
By train: Belmont Station is located next to the park.
BBQs are not permitted at this park.

Carshalton Park is one of Sutton's parks that is rich in historical significance. When you walk through the park you will see The Grotto which dates back to 1724 and the Hog Pit pond which dates back to the mediaeval era!
