If you are approaching the end of life due to age, or illness, or you the carer for someone who is, then the support of a Compassionate Neighbour may help.
Our Compassionate Neighbours project is a befriending service, provided by the hospice. Our trained volunteers can call or visit you once a week.
To be eligible for support you must have a Sutton or Merton GP.
My compassionate neighbour volunteer is wonderful, a real rock, without the visits, I would feel so lonely.
