If you are approaching the end of life due to age, or illness, or you the carer for someone who is, then the support of a Compassionate Neighbour may help.
Our Compassionate Neighbours project is a befriending service, provided by the hospice. Our trained volunteers can call or visit you once a week.
To be eligible for support you must have a Sutton or Merton GP.

Supporting bladder and bowel health for everyone

We provide accessible peer and wellbeing support sessions for people living in Sutton affected by dementia. Our groups provide information about how to live well with dementia, with guest speakers and topics to chat about over tea and coffee.
