Here at Epilepsy Action, our helpline is here to answer questions, offer a listening ear, and provide advice and support. We support anyone living with epilepsy, as well as the people around them, including professionals and carers.
The helpline also acts as a gateway to our wider services, such as 1:1 peer support, wellbeing and support groups, and a range of tools and resources. Whether you want to talk, connect with others, or simply find more information, we are here to help.
We also offer a live chat service, and you can email us your questions at any time.
Our helpline is available in-between 8.30 and 5.30 Monday to Friday and 10 – 4 on Saturdays, you can also send us questions anytime through helpline@epilepsy.org.uk

Sutton Carers Centre offers specialist advice and support to unpaid Carers of people with physical or mental health illness or disability, or substance misuse.

If you are a Sutton resident or professional and you are not sure where to get help and support from, please contact our TfS team to speak to someone who can help you there and then, or point you in the right direction. Our service is free, impartial, informative and confidential.
