METRO provides free individual counselling to people living with or affected by HIV. Sessions take place weekly online or telephone. Counselling provides a safe and non-judgemental space for you to talk openly about whatever is impacting you. We offer 12 free online sessions.

Home-Start Sutton offers volunteer befriending support along with practical and emotional guidance to families who are dealing with some of life’s most difficult challenges. Home-Start Sutton have a range of support services designed to meet the needs of local children and families.
