VISION IMPAIRED & BLIND FOOTBALL
Visually impaired people are one of the least active disability groups. We deliver a monthly visually impaired sport session in partnership with the Royal Society for Blind Children for young people aged 5-25 with a visual impairment.
Sport sessions which sessions focus on improving spatial awareness, communication sport-specific techniques through fun activities.

LEARNING DISABILITIES
People with learning or intellectual disabilities are some of the most isolated and inactive in our local communities. They rely on the support of others to be able to do a lot of basic day to day tasks.
Fun football sessions for adults with learning or intellectual disabilities who can come together with like-minded individuals to play football, have fun and make new friends. Additionally, their support networks can make lasting and worthwhile connections with others in this hard to reach sector.

DOWN’S SYNDROME FOOTBALL
Opportunity for people with Down’s syndrome to play football and make friends in a safe and fun environment.
Weekly indoor football training sessions for boys and girls with Down’s Syndrome on football skills such as passing, dribbling and shooting whilst also improving the fundamentals of agility, balance and co-ordination. Opportunity to play for the DS Eagles in friendly football matches and a National Festival.

POWERCHAIR FOOTBALL
The Powerchair Football programme is a fast-moving indoor game played in a four-a-side format. Players range from eight years and over. Did you know that it is one of the only forms of football where both male and female players can play together? We offer people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to play any form of football the opportunity to be part of Palace.
Weekly training sessions focusing on chair movability, ball control, passing and team work and tactics. Opportunity to play for the Crystal Palace Powerchair FC in the Wheelchair FA’s south east regional league.

Dolphins is a swim programme for those with physical or mental impairments. Based throughout Surrey we offer friendly swim sessions which are open to anyone who feels their mental or physical health would benefit from joining one of the assisted groups.
