Epsom and Ewell Phab club provides inclusive activities for young disabled and non-disabled people .

Activities include sports, arts, crafts, games, drama, dance and music on Friday club evening. We usually meet at Nescot, Reigate Road, Epsom each Friday from 7.30 to 9.30 pm. When Nescot is not available we organise outings and activities such as Ten Pin Bowling, trampolining, climbing and mini golf.
On club holidays members take part in rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, dry slope skiing, caving and there is a lively programme of outings and events.
The club is run entirely by volunteers with a membership of around 120 young people.

Dolphins is a swim programme for those with physical or mental impairments. Based throughout Surrey we offer friendly swim sessions which are open to anyone who feels their mental or physical health would benefit from joining one of the assisted groups.
