Belmont Park is a lovely local park near the Royal Marsden Hospital. It provides a place to relax on a summer's day, you can enjoy a game of table tennis or have a picnic on one of the picnic tables.
At a Repair Café there are the tools and materials to help you make any repairs you need. On clothes, furniture, electrical appliances, bicycles, crockery, toys, et cetera. And there are also repair specialists such as electricians, seamstresses, carpenters and bicycle mechanics.

Visitors bring their broken items from home. Together with the specialists they start making their repairs in the Repair Café. It’s an ongoing learning process.
If you have nothing to repair, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and some cake .
The Repair Café teaches people to see their possessions in a new light. And, once again, to appreciate their value. The Repair Café helps change people’s mindset. This is essential to kindle people’s enthusiasm for a sustainable society. But most of all, the Repair Café just wants to show how much fun repairing things can be, and how easy it often is.
There is some local street parking, there is very limited parking onsite, if you have specific needs please contact us to discuss
Our volunteers aim to carry out repairs to a range of household goods. Please let us know what you need to have mending so we can make sure that we have a volunteer

Benhill Recreation Ground is an open grassland to the west along Benhill Road. It provides a large play area for children to enjoy, and picnic tables for lunch. There are inclusive picnic tables available for people with limited mobility.

Carshalton Park is one of Sutton's parks that is rich in historical significance. When you walk through the park you will see The Grotto which dates back to 1724 and the Hog Pit pond which dates back to the mediaeval era!
