What is this service?

We are a short-term, out of hours support service for people in mild to moderate mental health crisis.

You do not need a formal referal, but sometimes it can help to let us have some infomraiton about how you are feeling before you come. You can do this by filling in a self referal form, or getting someone else to do it with you - referal forms are on our website

Opening hours

We are open from 6:30pm to 11pm (last admission 10.30),  7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Contact information

You can contact us at any time.  Out of hours (and when we are busy) you will be asked to leave a message; please let us have your contact details so we can call you back.  It is our aim to speak to everyone as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours.
