The Sutton Supported employment Programme works with people aged 18+ who have a learning disability, physical disability or autism and face barriers into getting into work. We support them in their pathway into employment offering one to one and group support as well employment advocacy.

We run group support in the form of job clubs from our premises in Sutton and Wallington, as well as 1:1 support in community settings convenient to people accessing the service.
Mencap have close partnerships with a range of employers that are based in or have operations in Sutton. We have extensive experience and expertise around supporting people into work and tailor our support to individual needs.
The service has premises at:
Hillhouse, St Helier, Bishopsford Road, Rosehill SM4 6BL where there is free parking. The team of caseworkers will also meet you in the community and if appropriate even do home visits to make the support as inclusive as it can.

The Mencap Training Academy is part of the Royal Mencap Society and is a provider of Supported Internships. We support young people with EHCPs to complete work experience with the aim of getting a paid job at the end.
