What is this group?
Our aim is to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where people can meet others and have an enjoyable afternoon. We understand it can be hard to try something new but it is worth the effort. It probably takes a few visits to settle in but be assured we do everything we can to make you feel welcome.
We run sessions each week: CHAIR-BASED EXERCISE
On Tuesdays we run a seated exercise class for our members which is designed to maintain function and independent living.
There are exercises for stamina, flexibility and strength as well as guidance on how to progress the exercises at home.
Our chair-based exercise class is run every Tuesday between 2.45pm and 3.45pm.
The cost is £3 per session.

The Hello Club is based in, but independent of, Christ Church, Christchurch Park, Sutton SM2 5TN, located 300 yards on the right-hand side of Christchurch Road which runs off Brighton Road (B2230). The nearest bus stop is Cavendish Road for the S1 (which also runs along Langley Park Road), 80 or 280.
