Our Wellbeing Services are freely available to anyone who is approaching the end of their life due to age or illness, their carers, or the bereaved (with a registered GP in the boroughs of Merton or Sutton)

What is this service?

The Wellbeing Centre is open:

Tuesday to Thursday from 10.00-15.30

The Centre is closed 12.30-13.30

We host a variety of activities on different days.

Services we provide include:

  • Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation

  • Social Activities

  • Men's /Ladies /Mixed Groups

  • Complementary Therapies
