The Children and Young People Disability Service supports children from 0 to 18 who are registered as a child/young persons with a disability and is the main provider of social care services.

iCount is the name given to the card that the CYPDS team sends out to families that have signed up to the Disability Register. The card allows families of children with disabilities to access various activities locally and across the UK at a discounted rate.

Short breaks provide opportunities for children and young people with disabilities, who are assessed to be eligible for our service, to take part in positive activities, working towards agreed outcomes whilst also providing respite for their families/carers from their daily caring role.
