Sutton’s care leavers aged 18 to 25 years, who are registered with a GP are eligible for free prescriptions, thanks to the South West London NHS Integrated Care Board. Contact your Personal Adviser (PA) for details on how to get your NHS prescription prepayment certificate.
This offer is open to all young care leavers, regardless of their status with regards to employment, income or higher education.
