Belmont Park is a lovely local park near the Royal Marsden Hospital. It provides a place to relax on a summer's day, you can enjoy a game of table tennis or have a picnic on one of the picnic tables.
Beddington Park and the Grange form a large area of green space within Sutton, that offers Grade 1 listed buildings, inclusive play equipment and numerous sport activities. The park's high standards have been recognised by its receipt of the prestigious Green Flag Award.

Beddington Park is a popular and much loved park which is large in size, covering 58 hectares. It was originally a deer park in the 14th century for the noble Carew family, whose manor house still stands in the park today (now Carew Academy). The River Wandle runs through the park culminating in a lake in the Grange Garden. Come and explore the open grassland, meadows, lake and wooded areas and discover our gardens, chalk streams and fairy tale bridge!
Sutton Council were successfully awarded funding from the Heritage Lottery and Big Lottery Fund to deliver a £3.7m project to restore, conserve and enhance Beddington Park between 2016 and 2021.
Playground Information
Beddington Park has numerous play facilities on offer, including swings, trails and a water play area.
There are also inclusive playground equipment options available for children with limited mobility. These include musical equipment, a birds nest, a basket swing and an inclusive roundabout.
Friends of Beddington Park
The Friends of Beddington Park are a group of local residents, who give their time freely to look after the park, and seek to improve the provision of amenities and facilities.

The cafe is open 7 days a week, from 9:00am-4:30pm, offering fresh sandwiches, cooked breakfasts, delicious cakes, hot and cold drinks, ice creams etc!

By Car: The park lies between the B272 Beddington Lane, the A232 Croydon Road and the A237 London Road.

Benhill Recreation Ground is an open grassland to the west along Benhill Road. It provides a large play area for children to enjoy, and picnic tables for lunch. There are inclusive picnic tables available for people with limited mobility.

Carshalton Park is one of Sutton's parks that is rich in historical significance. When you walk through the park you will see The Grotto which dates back to 1724 and the Hog Pit pond which dates back to the mediaeval era!
