They are called study programmes because they offer so much more than just a qualification – a study programme consists of key elements which together create a package of opportunities to help you to develop into a well-prepared individual ready for an apprenticeship, university, employment or self-employment.
We will ensure your study programme is relevant to industry requirements and occupational standards across a range of technical and professional areas, to help prepare you for your future career.
Let's break it down. Our Study Programmes consist of five key elements carefully crafted to ignite your success:
1. Main Technical and Professional Qualification: This is the vocational part of your Study programme. You will study a range of topics – these include:

The Mencap Training Academy is part of the Royal Mencap Society and is a provider of Supported Internships. We support young people with EHCPs to complete work experience with the aim of getting a paid job at the end.

The Sutton Supported employment Programme works with people aged 18+ who have a learning disability, physical disability or autism and face barriers into getting into work. We support them in their pathway into employment offering one to one and group support as well employment advocacy.
