London Futures - The Change Foundation

London Futures helps individuals with disabilities 18 - 30 across London to find and secure employment.

We provide a range of services including:

• Online and in-person employability workshops

• CV writing and job search support

• Ongoing support for employees with disabilities

• Weekly drop-in sessions using sport

Our London Futures weekly drop in sessions run at our HQ in Sutton, however, we welcome referrals from all London borough. We are looking to recruit young adults 18 – 30 who are job ready, are independent travelers or working towards it and who need support in kickstarting their future careers.

The programme is delivered by Coach Mentors with 20 plus years of credible lived experience of having a disability themselves, and who have gone through the journey of achieving employment through the dedicated support of credible role models.

London Futures have an Inclusive Employers Network working closely with a range of employers from different industries to support them in their inclusive practices, as well as work with them in offering our young Londoners work experience, volunteering, and job opportunities to those who are suitable.
