Nordic Walking provides a full body workout that improves flexibility, posture, balance and strength. The specially designed poles which will assist you in walking faster, and take the strain off your joints. Sociable, fun outdoor exercise for better general fitness. We have fully qualified instructors and group leaders who will be able to teach you techniques and support you throughout the walks.
Booking is required for all walkers.

The Community Connections Service is provided by Volunteer 'Community Connectors' and staff who help older people in Sutton to meet new people, make new friends and connect with the wider community. To do this, the service provides support to residents to connect with hobbies and communities.
