We also offer our guests a range of health services, benefit advice, wellbeing and educational based courses, clothes, washing facilities and most importantly, a place where you can be seen, heard and understood.
We have a full programme of activities on our website, which includes:
meditation programme
motivational Interviewing

cookwise cooking classes

positives steps programme
empowering lives project
road to recovery (8 week course)

You can book onto our programmes through the Sutton Night Watch website [External Link].
Our goal is to make sure that no one goes to sleep on an empty stomach. We will do our best to help where we can from giving out hot drinks to blanket
