Disclaimer: Sutton council no longer issues unique codes via council eligibility letters for our HAF programmes as we have previously. Unique HAF vouchers are now sent to eligible families via text/email from our HolidayActivities booking system.
HolidayActivities - HAF Vouchers
**UPDATE: Our voucher release date to eligible families will start from 20th March. This is when bookings for Easter/Spring HAF will start. Providers will be uploaded every day. If you are eligible and do not receive a voucher, please contact your school immediately for them to order vouchers for you.**
We have partnered with e.vouchers.com (part of Wonde.com) ‘HolidayActivities’ platform [External Link] and there is a new booking process for HAF activities.
Our HAF bookings are now open. Parent/Carers of eligible children will receive an email or text from holidayactivities.com which is your unique voucher and confirms your eligibility.
Schools will now assign a voucher to eligible children (benefits-related free school meals) which you can use to book activities online. Please keep an eye out for an email or text message from hello@holidayactivities.com with a link to your child’s unique HAF vouchers. Once received, you can start booking your child onto activities by our HAF providers on the platform. You can also manage your child’s bookings on this platform.
More information can be found in this step-by-step parent guide on the HolidayActivites website [External Link] on how to book activities for children.
If you have not used holidayactivities.com before you will need to create an account using your email address.
If you have any questions or need further support, please contact the HolidayActivities team by email at support@holidayactivities.com
If your child receives benefits-related free school meals but has not received an email or text from HolidayActivities.com please check your junk mail in the first instance. Thereafter, please contact your child’s school if you do not receive your HAF voucher.
If you haven’t received your HAF vouchers and your child’s school is closed due to the school holidays, please email the HAF team with your child’s full name, age, address, school child attends, and proof of FSM eligibility and we can look for the code on the system.
If you are eligible but your child attends an alternative provision (Education Otherwise Than At School), please contact the HAF team with your child’s full name, age, address, and proof of FSM eligibility so we can order vouchers.
If you have changed your address, you must inform your school and relevant council teams of this change. To update your details including a change of address, please contact the free school meals email address: fsm@sutton.gov.uk
In addition to this programme, families who are eligible for Universal Credit may be able to claim back up to 85% of their childcare costs. Please click this link to visit the GOV.UK Universal Credit and childcare webpage [External Link} to find out more.
Eligibility
If you are unsure whether your child is entitled to receive benefits-related free school meals, please check the information on free school meals held on the London Borough of Sutton website [External link].
Neighbouring boroughs
If you are a resident of a neighbouring borough but your child attends a Sutton school, you are welcome to attend Sutton’s HAF programme. You may also be able to attend a HAF programme in the borough you reside in.
If your eligible child resides in Sutton but attends a school out of borough or is a cross border child, they are still welcome to attend a HAF club closer to home. Please contact the HAF team for vouchers.
