HAF Bookings

Welcome to Bookings

**Update: Bookings for our Spring (Easter) programme will start from 20 March and providers will be uploaded every day on our webpage. If you are eligible and do not receive a voucher, please contact your school immediately for them to order vouchers for you.**

Each provider will manage its own page on the HolidayActivities.com platform. We have also kept the provider page on our website where you can read the ‘Signing up’ section under each activity description.

Bookings

Parent/Carers of eligible children will receive an email or text from holidayactivities.com which is your voucher and confirms your eligibility. Once received, you can start booking your child onto activities by our HAF providers on the platform. You can also manage your child’s bookings on this platform.

Providers

The providers listed have been approved as a HAF Provider in the London Borough of Sutton.  Please check each Summer HAF Provider for the activities they will have on offer within each service activity page you will find the booking information. Links to the providers can be found at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions about a provision, it is best to contact the provider directly as the HAF team does not manage any bookings. 

We encourage booking your child’s place promptly as spaces are limited.

SEND/Additional Needs

If your child has SEND/Additional Needs you must contact the provider first to ensure they can cater to your child’s needs to enable them to provide the right support for your child.
