Checking the Learning Disability Charter

The Council will check the Charter and Charter Members from time to time to make sure everything is good and working well. We will ask people with Learning Disabilities in Sutton to help us make sure things are kept up to date.
We will check by doing inspections, and having people with a Learning Disability do Mystery Shopping checks. We will use what we find in these checks to make changes to the Charter and make it better.
The Charter is will be approved after each change by the Sutton Learning Disability Programme Board.
