What is this service?

Talk - You can speak to a trained counsellor for free by calling Childline or visiting their website to chat to them online. Calls aren’t recorded and the number won’t appear on your phone bill.

Get help from the NHS - The NHS run sexual assault referral centres (SARCs) which can offer you support. They are available to all, regardless of gender and age, or when it happened.

Get a nude image removed from the internet - You can report a nude image or video that’s been posted online to see if it can be removed. And Childline will support you through the process**.**

Something happened to me when I was younger - It can be very hard to speak about what happened, but it’s never too late to reach out for support.

There are people who will listen, take you seriously and help you find the support you need.
