A 90 minutes Master Class suitable for anyone who is going through the perimenopause or menopause and would like to find out more about how yoga can help alleviate this stage.
A uniquely designed yoga practice that draws Western medical science with eastern wellbeing, the practice is a combination of Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga, with yoga poses & breathing techniques specifically adapted to help women manage the main menopause symptoms, such as hot flushes, night sweats, fatigue, low mood.
The Master Class includes Women Circle, yoga practice, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
