Our useful guidance covers driving with the conditions, and whether you’re a budding thrill seeker or just fancy some peace and quiet in the sunshine, we’ve covered everything you need to know when preparing to go on holiday to make sure you get the most out of your experience.

Education - Whether you care for, teach, or are a young person with special educational needs and disability, we’ve produced complex guidance to ensure you can access the support you need, when you need it.

Mental well being- For a number of reasons, people with disabilities such as spina bifida and hydrocephalus are more likely to be affected by depression or anxiety than people in the wider population. Follow our top tips to ensure good general health and well-being and make sure to read our guide which tells you what to look for, and what to do if you or someone you care for is showing the signs.
