Support for Carers - If you feel you are caring all alone, we are here to help. Shine’s support groups, training, and specialist team of advisers are here to offer guidance, friendship and support along the way. Don’t struggle alone.

Mental well being- For a number of reasons, people with disabilities such as spina bifida and hydrocephalus are more likely to be affected by depression or anxiety than people in the wider population.
