What is this service?

The Sutton Dementia Support service offers people with dementia and those that care for them, providing:

  • A central point of access to help you to manage your diagnosis and enable you to connect with local support more effectively

  • A Dementia Adviser service offering information and advice to enable you to live well with dementia

  • Timely access to support you on diagnosis, throughout your dementia journey and as things change

  • Access to regular monthly facilitated peer support to gain support from peers, learn strategies and share experiences from others in a similar situation
