The Sutton Dementia Support service offers a wrap around service for people with dementia and their carers throughout their dementia journey. Working closely with Sutton Carers Centre who provide support for a carers of people with dementia.
The Sutton Dementia Support service offers people with dementia and those that care for them, providing:
A central point of access to help you to manage your diagnosis and enable you to connect with local support more effectively
A Dementia Adviser service offering information and advice to enable you to live well with dementia
Timely access to support you on diagnosis, throughout your dementia journey and as things change
Access to regular monthly facilitated peer support to gain support from peers, learn strategies and share experiences from others in a similar situation

The Dementia Support Service provides advice to people with a Dementia symptoms and post diagnosis. You can be referred by a professional or self-refer to the service through Age UK Sutton.
