Information and Advice for Children and Young People with SEND

• Sutton Information, Advice and Support Service (SIASS) gives free, independent support. They help parents understand SEND, their rights, and how to get support for their child.

• Advocacy for All helps people speak up and be heard.

• Together For Sutton gives clear and private advice, support, and advocacy to local people.

• Sutton Carers Centre supports unpaid carers. This includes parents and carers of people with disabilities or extra needs.

• Get on Down's is a local parent-led group. Families of children with Down’s syndrome can meet, share advice, and get help.

• The Sutton branch of the National Autistic Society (NAS) This local group is run by volunteers. Many are parents or carers of autistic children.

• PlayWise supports people who care for children with extra needs or disabilities. It offers a 0–3 Portage Service and a 0–8 Intervention Service.
