Terminating a Personal Travel Budget

  1. You may terminate the agreement by providing at least one calendar month’s written notice. When a PTB is awarded at the start of a new academic year then the earliest date that the agreement can be terminated is 1 November. It will be your responsibility to inform any third parties that you have engaged with in relation to the use of the PTB.

  2. The Council will provide you with at least one calendar month’s written notice if it decides to terminate the PTB agreement with you.
