We understand and acknowledge that leaving care is a significant transition for young people. You are moving from the support provided when you were in care to independent adulthood. It involves taking on new responsibilities, such as managing finances, finding housing, pursuing education or employment, and making important life decisions. The leaving care process is designed to provide guidance and stability to help you build a successful and independent future. The Leaving Care Team is here to support you on this journey. Your Personal Advisor and local services will be there to help, and make sure you have the advice, resources, and support you need.
