Every local authority in England must publish a SEND Local Offer, which explains the support, services and opportunities available for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Sutton’s Local Offer covers services available within the borough. However, you may sometimes need to look at another area’s Local Offer—for example, if:

  • your child attends school outside Sutton

  • a service is delivered in a neighbouring borough

  • you are moving to a different area

  • Eligibility and pathways may vary between boroughs
