We work in partnership with children and young people, parent carers, schools, and services to develop and improve Sutton’s SEND Local Offer.
Your feedback and experiences help us to make sure the information is accurate, accessible, and reflects what families really need.
We don’t just collect feedback — we use it to shape the Local Offer and improve services across Sutton.
Working Together
We regularly work with schools, services, and families to improve the Local Offer. This includes:

Visiting schools and early years settings to raise awareness of the Local Offer

Meeting with SENCOs, professionals, and community groups

Attending events, coffee mornings, and local activities to speak with families

Working with partners such as SIASS and youth networks
-
Listening to children and young people through participation activities
This ongoing engagement helps us understand what is working well and what needs to improve.
